Zika virus belongs to the family called Flaviviridae. And it's transmitted by aedes mosquito (male mosquito).

CONTACTING ZIKA FEVER.

Zika virus can be contacted through mosquitoes bites and sexual intercourse with a man that has contaminated semen with zika virus.

SYMPTOMS OF ZIKA FEVER.

How do you know if you are or someone is infected by zika virus. Below are the symptoms of zika fever.

• Skin rashes.
• Mid fever.
• Muscle and joint pains.
• Malaise or headache.
• conjunctivitis.

TREATMENT  FOR ZIKA FEVER.

Many people have been asking and still asking what is the treatment  for this fever cause by zika, the answer is that there is no particular medicine or vaccine for the fever yet.

 But W.H.O advice that infected person should

• get plenty of rest.
• Drink enough fluid.
• And also treat the fever with common fever medicines.

PREVENTION AGAINST ZIKA VIRUS.

Zika virus is spread abroad through aedes mosquitoes.

• preventing mosquito bites.
• Protection during sexual intercourse.
